As the Town of Sandor begins to welcome the coming of the new railroad and  the hopes of new prosperity, Land Barons and Railroad Tycoons each have different agendas when it comes to the Town.

The Land Barons wish to prevent the town from progressing forward fearing the loss of land and their own financial leverage and are using fear tactics and violent threats against anyone who stands in their way.

The Railroad Tycoons wish to take over the town and control it and make it a central hub for their own expansion plans not only as it relates to the town but to the outlying villages and counties and will do anything in their power to overthrow and intimidate the current town council and outlying districts to give into their demands and plans.

A lawman is brought in to help quell the violence and restore order. .
